What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. The refund will be applied only in the case of damaged product, product quality, wrong product delivered, fitting issues.
  2. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 2 days of its date of delivery.
  3. All refunds will be credited in your Artgiri Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on Artgiri.com
  4. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet.
  5. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at support@artgiri.com


What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

  1. Rs 50/- for shipment weighing upto 250gms will be added to Artgiri wallet.
  2. For every next 250gm slab, an additional amount of Rs.50/- will be added to the wallet.
  3. In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.
  4. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use "Speed Post" as your courier service.
  5. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  6. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Artgiri E-wallet as store credits.
